Excellent Customer Experience. Spent quite a bit of time searching for a spin bike. Like many others, I was a bit skeptical about buying from a place with limited reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. The bike showed up right on time. Had a minor problem with the first bike, so I reached out to them and they even called me back! A replacement was shipped out and got here the very next day. I've taken my bike for a spin a few times now and I'm really enjoying it. I managed to assemble the bike myself by following the clear instructions. I’d definitely suggest this company to anyone in the market for a solid spin bike at a great price.
